I’m excited to join the Sweat Pink One Million Minutes Challenge this summer! #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink begins Sunday, June 21, on their 4th birthday and ends August 21.
“As always, our goal is to inspire and encourage everyone to get moving, so help us in getting your friends, family, co-workers, and everyone in between working with us this summer to achieve one million minutes of movement!”
Here’s what you can expect during #1MillionMinutes:
Each Sunday they will send you an email with weekly prompts (workouts, healthy snack ideas and more)
Each day, add your minutes here (starting 6/21) and they will keep a running total of how many minutes the community has achieved!
They will all share how we’re doing on our social channels and help each other stay accountable, motivated, and on top of our goals.
